HCA Virginia Health System’s Parham Doctors’ Hospital and Henrico Doctors’ Hospital recently were awarded an “A” from The Leapfrog Group’s spring 2021 Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade. The Safety Grade assigns a letter grade to hospitals across the country based on their performance in preventing medical errors, injuries, accidents, infections and other harms to patients in their care.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently partnered with Cyberclean Systems, a pioneer in mobile robotics, on a pilot project for a new technology system for cleaning and disinfecting commercial facilities. The initial pilot program at Thalhimer’s headquarters will utilize robot vacuums, UV disinfection robots, UV fans and real-time reporting via the cloud to validate services. Among the processes the project will evaluate are the use of robots for fully autonomous on-site disinfection processes, vacuuming of common areas and hallways, and the deploying of the UV fan for smaller confined areas like conference rooms. Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced the sale of 2250 Dabney Road in Henrico County. Spy Rock Real Estate, LLC purchased the +-71,029 square foot facility, situated on 5.82 acres, from Power Plant Properties, LLC for $4,300,000 as an investment. The building is the long-time headquarters of Ingenco. Among other things, Ingenco builds and manages plants that convert landfill gas to generate renewable energy. Isaac DeRegibus of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the purchaser and seller in the transaction.
