Passport Online has restructured its management team after seeing an increased demand on agencies experiencing a need to expand their digital presence.

Jeanne Colombo, most recently vice president of strategic partnerships, has been named president of the company. She has been with Passport Online for nine years and in the travel industry for more than three decades.

Passport Online co-founder and board member Randy Goodrich has returned to the company as senior vice president. He will focus on new destination and supplier programs and will lead an expansion of host agency programs for the company.

Andrew Borst has been promoted to vice president of technology, where he will focus on bringing advisors new technology innovations.

Christina Lynch has been promoted to senior manager of business development. Her focus will be managing all travel advisor programs, including NexCite, VacationPort and ESP sales and service. She will also assume some roles of 20-year Passport Online employee Cynthia Juhnke, who will retire this month.

According to Passport Online, consumer search activity on the websites it powers “jumped significantly in April.” Detailed offer views, when customers click through to a specific supplier offer on a site, were up 53% compared with the month prior.
