Tickets to Taste of Universal start at $44 plus tax for adults and $25 plus tax for children 3 to 9 years old. Annual and Season Pass members will be able to purchase discounted tickets. Each ticket will enable the holder to choose five culinary options (three for children), with the opportunity to purchase more. There will be nearly 70 options, 30 of which are new to the event. There will be vegan and vegetarian areas.

Food and shopping experiences will be available in multiple themed areas of the park, including Springfield, USA; the Wizarding World of Harry Potter; the Minion Cafe, a new dining experience near the attraction Despicable Me Minion Mayhem; and the Hollywood & Dine section.

Shopping and dining will continue to be offered at the adjacent Universal CityWalk.

The Disneyland Resort is also offering a similar limited-capacity, ticketed experience featuring shopping and dining, A Touch of Disney.
